Dg12 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the dg12 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed, including any balances or winnings held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. dg12 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
  • Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
  • Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
  • Update your password regularly for maximum security.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a dg12 user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
  • Engaging in fraud, hacking, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
  • Sharing your account or allowing another person to use it to place bets on your behalf.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Spreading misleading information, defamatory content, or any unlawful material through any communication feature on the platform.

Dg12 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the dg12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local Malaysian payment methods, including bank transfers and approved e-wallets, as available on the platform from time to time.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.

Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the platform's standard verification procedures. dg12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Processing times typically range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen method and the verification process required.

  • All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed.

Account Suspension and Closure

Dg12 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. Where an account is closed on these grounds, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, software, and other materials on the dg12 platform are the exclusive property of dg12 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, display, or use any of this content without prior written permission from dg12.
